I just read Dilichi’s post about a black youth charged with (DWB - Driving While Black) Obstructing Police and Theft. In my opinion, 15 police officers is excessive just to beat up four innocent black youths. Surely, the task could have been completed with less police officers. It is a waste of police resources. Seriously, as a black person, I know too much about British police and their abuse of powers. I know how racist and dishonest many of them are. They are fighting a losing battle. The whole world is changing for good very fast. Ten years from now the police in the United Kingdom cannot get away with their discriminatory practices.

I have never blogged about my experience with the police. I decided to write this article, Race Discrimination: Police Brutality, Harassment, Assault And Racism Against Black And Ethnic Minorities about an experience I had with the police in the North of England. I should name and shame the stupid bastard police officer and his constabulary, but I will leave it to another day. I have friends and associated who have been in trouble with the police cos of racism. It is usually made up traffic offences. In my years of driving, I've only been stopped twice. Second time was some dumb police ma who stopped me for no justifiable reason just to ask, "Is this car registered in your name?" I barked, "YES, WHY!" Meaning, “Take a fcuking running jump and leave me alone you left-handed-wanker! I'm no Mike Tyson, but I was ready to bite his head off; pretence aggression works. There was no justifiable reason for him to stop me or ask me stupid question. I did nothing wrong so why stop me? He saw my red eyes and wisely let me go within seconds.

First time, I was stopped cos of the type of car I was driving in a 100% white area in the North of England. That in their eyes was a crime. Since the Norman Conquest, that brand of car effectively earns one instant crucifiction by every local constabulary that I ventured into their shire. It was past midnight on a cold winter night. I was rough handled by one officer because he thought the car was stolen or I was involved in crime. One officer to one black is equality. I have absolutely no problem with that. I'd exploit it to my advantage. A lot of them are not very bright or used to seeing certain types of black people. Where do they get those embarrassing and badly educated people from? He parked behind and cautiously approached my car on the driver side. IOn my left was a thick dark bush. I watched him from the mirror. He could be carry a gun or cs gas or chloroform or some bizarre black-subduing noxious chemical. Many things went through my mind. I don't wanna die. I'm too young to die. I don't trust anyone of these people. We were on a country lane. It was deadly quite apart from my car engine which I left running in case I had to make a fast escape to save my black ass. It was very dark. Very few streetlights. As he approached, I reached for my phone. He could be a fake police man or mass muderer on a killing spree. He could be a real police man with a deadly evil intention. Anything is possible. I hate being on country lanes on winter nights cos of bad experience I had yrs ago while taking a short cut through the Snake Pass in Peak District national Park near Sheffield. I hate that road. I think it is the worst and most dangerous road in the United Kingdom. It should be sealed-off permanently – as in forever. It terrifies me.

The police officer autocratically ordered me to get out of the car. I asked him why. He said he just wanted me out of the car. It was in the middle of the countryside. I did not feel safe. Anything could happen. I told him I wasn't getting out of the car. He started running his mouth. I told him my refusal not to get out of the car was not because I was scared of him cos he was in uniform. Eventually, I decided to get out of the car. I opened the car door. One leg out on the road to get out, the idiot slammed the car door on my leg to get me wound up. It was very painful. He was pissed off cos a black person had the temerity to answer back. I was pissed off. As I got out of the car, he grabbed me by my trouser and stamped his police boots on my toes. He slammed me on my car. I was shocked that a police officer could behave in such a violent manner. I didn’t know such thing happened. It was just he and I in the middle of nowhere. He picked on the wrong black person. In everything under the sun, he was less and unequal to me. He was acting suicidal and power drunk. Unlucky for him, I'd recently updated my martial arts skills. I defended myself from his brutality and unreasonable behaviour. While we were just started “getting to know each other”, he impatiently radioed for backup to disadvantage me. I hurried up. He and I was a match made in heaven – a perfect match. He acted overwhelmed when he radioed for help. He lied to his people that he was being "attacked" by a black male motorist. He was shocked at my reaction. He expected that I’d take his brutality and not fight back. In that part of England, black people are routinely disrespected. They are used to boxing black people, violating their rights and getting away with it. I was surrounded by over 20 angry and thick police officers. I was not bothered. I'd make mince meat of each one of them had the case made it to court. They asked me for my name and what I did for a living. I refused to tell them anything. I wanted to get to their station to take the matter further. We were there for over 25 mins. Every inch of my car was searched. Every document examined. They saw the car documents and radioed on my name and there was no warrant for my arrest. The car wasn’t stolen. I wasn't drunk. There was no alcohol in my system. I ended up at the police station, as I wanted. I demanded to see their boss. I was told he was not in his office.

I was falsely accused of not wearing a seat belt and assaulting a police officer. A big fat lie. I have never ever driven without seatbelt. I am not suicidal. I was at the station for about 30 mins. The reason the fool stopped me was he saw a black face in an expensive car and he made stupid assumptions. I was not speeding when I drove past his parked car. He could not believe his "luck" when he saw a black face far from help. Grand foolishness on his part. I was saved (by their former boss who I happen to know) from being stitched-up and charged for a crime I did not commit. I rang him at home from the police station and told him what happened. He was shocked and apologetic. He knows I'm law abiding. He asked me to pass my phone to the desk sergeant. The officer recognised him cos he used to be his former boss. He told them to release me immediately. Within minutes, they were apologetic. By this time, I was fuming with intense anger. I was pacing about the reception like a caged animal. I was so, so mad at them for what they did and the inconvenience. I’ve never been arrested before. I felt like burning down their entire town. I spoke to their boss that I rang. Said to talk next day. He was angry with them. Suggested I take the matter forward to the Police Complaint. He was part of that organisation for the area. I said I would, but I didn't. I did not have the time for it and I was satisfied with the punishment I gave the thick and juvenile policeman.

On my way out of the station, I lectured them on morality and English legal system. I gave them a shocking verbal assault. It was captured on their fcuking cctv. They should air it on tv. I abused each one of them, their wives, girlfriends, children, cats, dogs, unborn children, neighbours, mayor of their stupid town and their entire ancestors. It should have gotten me arrested. Who would bail the cat? They wouldn't dare touch me. They looked scare. They stared at me in disbelief and total silence. A bunch of illiterate police officers not running their stupid mouth and abusing their position at a black face just cos I know their ex-boss and can read and write? Shocking, but I loveddddddd it. But they did get back at me though! At the end of my deliberately loud sermon on the mount, I demanded to be immediately chauffeured back to my car, "Which one of you bastards is going to chuffer me back to my car?!" Got no answer. They just stared at me. Would this be cos they are suddenly deaf or cos of the verbal assault I gave them or cos of the sarcastic manner in which I asked for the lift? Non-speaking police officers? Can u imagine that! A police officer should be seen and not heard! I did not have the cab # for the area. My jacket was in the car. It was cold. Not many cars on the road. I did not ask other motorist for a lift. I've had enough of white suspicion in one night. I walked for about 45 mins to reach my car. Documents everywhere in the car and on the road. Got my stuffs together and drove off, but war hungry, even though it was very late and many, many miles far away from home. I was very tired, but very proud of myself. Red nose day successfully arrived early for the officer that attacked me. In future, he’d think twice b4 assaulting another black person ever again. It’s a few years ago. I have never again been stopped by any police officer. I am not a criminal. I do not break the law. I know the law. I am not suicidal or reckless on the road.

Lawlessness, race discrimination, police brutality, harassment, assault and racism against black people, ethnic minorities or against anyone is unlawful and immoral. If others stupidly accept it, I never, never will. I was born free and equal. There is no human being on earth above me. We are all equal. You must believe it. Whereby you don’t believe you and I are equal, then you must accept that I am above you and my rights come first. You must believe and accept it or there will be no peace. I pity the fool that ever stop me in any county in this country. Stop me at your peril. I believe in direct action, instant justice and an eye for two eyes. If there is no justification for stopping me, you will lose your entire livelihood. I will ruin your career. I will even get you banned from your local pub, church and town hall. I will make your whole life hellish. You will curse your existence on this earth. You will curse the day you crossed me. I will harass you forever with multiple legal actions and bankrupt your entire life. I will chase your stupid ass out of the police force. Your mother will disown you. You will end up suicidal, wifeless, alcoholic and on the dole. It’s easy. You have been warned. No one is above the law. The English law must be obeyed by everyone, including Godless sodomites of Babylon [...]
