Refreshed and feeling fabulous. Rest is good. I found a new way to zap extreme bouts of fatigue; sleep more, good rest, and good sleep habits from now on. I knew all these, but I just got carried away with work. I feel (!) traffic cops should have a handheld device to test motorist for extreme fatigue, and not just alcohol or narcotics! It's a miracle how I got home last night. I (probably) was a danger to other motorists; Driving Under the influence of Sleep (DUS)!
